  • 1 oz watermelon simple syrup
  • 3-4 oz ginger beer
  • Garnish: pickled watermelon rind, mint and lime

Mix up ingredients. Lite it up to add smoking flavor. Garnish with pickled watermelon rind, mint and lime.
